Cancellation Policy
To cancel or make changes to your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order may have entered the processing phase and we may not be able to accommodate modifications or cancellations. If you cancel within the 24-hour window, expect your refund to be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items
We ensure our products are well-packaged to avoid damage during shipping. If you receive a damaged item, please report it within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@cadiante.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will review your claim and, if applicable, send a replacement at no additional cost. Please note, we do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.
Shipping and Delivery
While we aim to deliver your order promptly, delivery times can be affected by factors beyond our control, including courier issues, customs, or other shipping-related delays. We recommend contacting the courier directly if you encounter delivery problems. Cadiante is not liable for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.
Incorrect Shipping Address
It is your responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is provided at checkout. If you realize the address is incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours. Failure to do so may result in non-delivery, for which we cannot offer a resend or refund.
